| Within Ladysmith House, you will find a fully furnished kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge. There is a sitting room complete with a wood-burning stove, TV with free satellite, DVD player and quaint bay window area. The dining room is equipped with a table and upholstered dining chairs as well as a country style dresser and sofa. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, electric shower and under floor heating. The master bedroom has a Victorian style double bed and country pine furniture. There is also a bay window with a view to the Scalloway Castle. The second bedroom has two single beds giving the cottage comfortable sleeping for up to 4 people.
There is a terraced area at the back of the cottage which boasts a built-in barbecue and a garden with a seating area at the front. The cottage has electric heating throughout and there is always plenty of wood and coal for the stove all of which is included in the rent. Towels and bedding are also included. At the current time, we do not allow guests to bring pets. |
